EDITOR'S NOTES:

I highly recommend this book, written by adults in reflective stories designed to help those who were bullied to heal. This book helps the reader overcome the isolation inherent in being bullied.

Its layout is smart, indexed by category, making it a reference guide and resource so the reader can better identify if s/he is being bullied. It is far more than kids on a playground; bullies are covert in their manipulations, especially in workplace and social circles.

It was shocking to learn that 75% of those witnessing bullying will join in with the bully! If we see something, we can DO something: we can flip the script, refuse to condone a bully's behavior, and join together in supporting the bullied person/people.

The chapter summaries make this book a quick read for those who want the gold without sifting through the 'dust' to find it.
